Stock you can count on, in every outlet

Stock moves with every receipt, sale, transfer and wastage entry. Counts are done on the app, and variance shows up per ingredient rather than as one number at month end.

Live stock from real movements

Receipts add stock, recipe consumption from POS sales removes it, and transfers and wastage are recorded as they happen. Every outlet and store has its own warehouse.

  • Unit conversions: case, kg, portion
  • Batch and expiry for perishables
  • Store, kitchen and bar as separate locations

Counts that take minutes, not a night

Cycle counts on the manager app by category or location. Differences are valued at cost and explained before they're posted.

  • Blind counts so staff don't copy the system
  • Count schedules per outlet
  • Variance approval before posting

Reorder before you run out

Par levels per item and outlet trigger a suggested indent when stock drops, using recent consumption instead of guesswork.

  • Par and reorder levels
  • Suggested indents
  • Out-of-stock pushed to the POS where supported

Questions

Do we still need PetPooja inventory?

No. DeepRestaurantAI can own stock across outlets, with PetPooja continuing as your billing system. Some restaurants prefer to keep outlet stock in the POS at first; we'll agree this during onboarding.

Can we track bar stock separately?

Yes. The bar is its own location, with its own counts and pour variance.

Does it handle expiry?

Yes, for items you mark as batch-tracked, with alerts before expiry.
